Our office & warehouse are closed from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October and will reopen on Monday 5th October 2026.

You can still place an order, it will be despatched from Monday 5th October 2026.

UK Mainland Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days. If your order is urgent, please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Courier delivery cost for orders made through our website is £5.95 or £10.95.

Non-UK Mainland Delivery (Incl. Highlands / Islands)

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Remote Scottish Mainland, Highlands, Channel Islands & Other Islands to the following will incur additional shipping charges. Please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk for quotation. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

International Deliveries

Courier Deliveries

All parcel deliveries are made by our courier service DPD, APC, FedEx or Parcel Force. Deliveries are made between 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Ideally your order should be consigned to a ‘manned’ address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. The courier may deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if no one is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time for your order.

Collections

Collections from our office premises are not possible. Our office is separate from our warehouse, so we are unable to offer a collection service.
